Bayfield to Grand Marias - Overcast and calm in the morning then sunny and calm rest of the day. We were planning on staying at Rocky Island but bugs were bad and the place was in a state of disrepair. The seas were flat so we decided to cross. Tied up to the wall in Grand Marais. Two sail boats were a head of us so Danny picked up the pace so we could beat them to the wall. He still has that need for speed.
