Alligator in the Marshlands
Charleston, South Carolina to Georgetown, South Carolina - When we left in the morning it was overcast with strong winds. When the sun came out it was very hot. The intracoastal waterway is oxbowish in this area with lots of marshlands. We were in low water most of the day, that is 7 1/2 feet of water. We did see lots of alligator sightings. We anchored in the basin of the town near the clock tower. Walked around the little town in the evening.
