Pole Dancing Contest
Chesapeake, Virginia to Portsmouth, Virginia - Sunny, humid and hot with the heat index it registered 104 F. We had to get back into the swing of things with one lock to go through and time the bridge openings. We connected with Karen and Roger from Karen Anne at Tidewater Marina. There was lots of action at the marina as there was a Poker Run with about 125 boats participating. Lots of shiny, high horse power and noise from the boats. Thought the guys were all going to have heart attacks watching the wet T-Shirt Contest and Pole Dancing. We did make it to the pool to cool down and went out for a pizza for dinner.
