Daytona Beach to St. Augustine, Florida - It was a rainy overcast day. Everything is starting to look the same. Water, beaches and even the houses are looking the same. Well we hit the Mantanzas River area and well things started to be different. We had to really pay attention to the notice to mariners so we would not end up stuck in the sand. If it should happen you would have to wait for high tide to get off. We went over the area at low tide and the lowest depths we found were 7 1/2 feet. Some boats were not so lucky. So off we went to St. Augustine.
