Nassau Harbour Police Make Sure Everyone Stays Away from the Cruise Ship
Sunset at the Anchorage, Looks Very Calm, but I Don't Remember It Feeling Calm
Nassau, Bahamas to Devils Cay, Bahamas - It was very hot today with a good wind. We got our permission to leave the harbour but were quickly called back to hold our position as a very large cruise ship was entering. That makes 5 cruise ships in the harbour. I guess that is what keeps the economy going. We anchored in White Cay because it was too windy with a high rip current to attempt entry to the west side of Devils Cay. It was a brutally rough anchorage with high fast winds and large confused waves. Stayed here for four hours and then we moved a 1/4 mile, what a difference.
