One Thing About Staying at Portsmouth Marina is that you Do Not Have to Lock Your Boat as Kingston Penitentuary is in the Background with Armed Guards in the Turets
Lori, Ella and Evan - Evan is Laughing Because Lori Told Him that Could be his New Home
Kingston Mills (Locks 46 - 49) to Kingston, Ontario - The weather was hot and sunny. Caught the 8.00 a.m. scheduled bridge lift to get into Lake Ontario. We stayed at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour Marina as the marina at Confederation Basin was full due to a Poker Run. We needed everything as we went into the marina, pump out, water and power to charge our batteries. Lori and I left Danny on the boat and took the bus downtown for shopping, lunch and ice cream and he met us later. It was a short ride into town on the bus, but I the navigator took the right bus going the wrong way back, so we had the scenic tour. It wasn't all bad as Evan slept and it was air conditioned.
