Coming into the Anchorage
Westbrook, Connecticut to New York City - A beautiful travel day, which started at 6.00 a.m. with less that 2 foot waves all the way. Rode the tidal flood current for the whole trip giving us about 1 knot gain in speed at regular engine speed. Arrived at New York City at the anchorage behind the Statue of Liberty where Karen and Roger Montembeault were waiting for us aboard their boat Karen Anne who we will be travelling with for most of the summer.
