My Reason for Not Going in the Water - Not Sure What Kind of Snake this Is but it was Sunning Itself on a Rock Near the Water
Roger and Danny Could Not Wait to Get Back to the Big Boats for a Swim

Hockey Stick Bay - Friday Morning and They Have Started to Arrive
Bayport Marina, Midland to Longuissa Bay off of Musquash Channel - The weekend was very hot 31 C expect for Fathers' Day when it cooled down with a few showers. I welcomed the showers. I'm a true northerner. Roger, Karen, Danny and I took the dingy
to do some exploring up the Musquash River, the river is low so we portaged the dingy up the rapids only to go around the corner to find another one. Danny spent some time in the water to keep cool after seeing what I saw I decided to take a shower. You can sure tell we are in the shadow of the CN Tower meaning Toronto as the bay quickly filled up. From out boat we could see 34 boats on anchor and many more in the different bays.

Hi you two,
It was great to meet you this weekend at Longuissa - even though as you said it was crowded - and HOT!! I love the picture of the snake. Agree it doesn't look like a Massassauga Rattler - maybe a Northern Water Snake? Will try and follow your blog as you head to T Bay. Told our daughter to watch for you.
